We collect the email address and name you provide when creating an account, and the worlds, lore documents, and manuscripts you create within the Service. Payment information is processed by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your account information is used to authenticate you and manage your subscription. Your written content is stored and processed solely to deliver the Service — to display your work and to power the Lorekeeper's analysis of the lore you provide.

3. The Lorekeeper & Your Lore

The Lorekeeper is not a generative AI. It parses only the information you have added to your worlds and never invents lore or writes your story. Your lore is not shared with other users and is not used to train any language model.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including isolating each account's worlds and documents so that only you (and platform administrators) can access them. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however.

5. Data Retention

Your content is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your worlds, lore, and manuscripts at any time. Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your content.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Service (such as with our payment processor) or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information and content at any time through the Service. For additional requests, contact our support team.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the Service.
