1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rivened Writer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The Service is offered as a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all worlds, lore documents, and manuscripts you create. You grant us the limited right to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. The Lorekeeper parses only the information you provide and does not share it with other users or use it to train any language model.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload content you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. The Lorekeeper is an analytical assistant, not a generative tool — it will not write your story for you.

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
